• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Platform Content: All content on Sparc, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Sparc or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Sparc a license to use, display, and distribute it for platform operations.

6. Payment Terms (For Companies)

Companies using Sparc agree to:

• Pay applicable subscription fees
• Pay success fees upon successful hires as per the subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Allow automatic billing for subscriptions

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Candidate Privacy

Candidates remain anonymous until they choose to unlock their profile to specific companies. See our Privacy Policy and Anti-Exploitation Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sparc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we warrant the accuracy of AI evaluations or the quality of candidates or job opportunities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Sparc after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
