Sparc

About Sparc

The intelligence layer for the labor market.

Sparc reads every open job on the planet, resolves who is actually hiring, geocodes every office, and turns it into a live map anyone can use.

“Everyone is building the agent. We're building what the agents will query.”
Davide De Marchi, Founder

What we do

Job search is broken: keyword filters, stale listings, and no real sense of where you stand. Sparc rebuilds it from the data up. We crawl the open labor market continuously, resolve who is actually hiring, geocode every office, and match roles to a CV semantically, by what the work is rather than the words it happens to use.

The result is a single source of truth about talent demand: a live map for a person deciding where to go next, and a real-time signal for the businesses, recruiters, and researchers who need to understand how the market moves. Every number on Sparc is drawn from real postings. Nothing is invented.

Who's behind it

Davide De Marchi
Founder
PhD in Bioinformatics & Synthetic Biology, University of Pavia

Davide is a scientist turned builder. He spent years in research and deeptech R&D before building Sparc end to end: the crawling pipeline, the semantic matching engine, the maps.

Sparc came from a simple frustration. The labor market generates an enormous amount of data every single day, and almost none of it is turned into something a person can actually act on. Sparc is the attempt to fix that.
